Great location near attractions.
I was extremely frustrated with the rude reception staff. The breakfast options were disappointingly limited, and I felt like a second-class citizen during the ordering process.

The location is fantastic, close to all the
key attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit. Our Superior Room was also very comfortable with great amenities. The only downside was some noise from the street at night which made it a little difficult to sleep.

The room was impressively clean with a comfy bed, and I loved unwinding at the sun terrace after a long day of exploring. Although the massage services were a delightful touch, I was bummed about some miscommunication regarding breakfast that led to an unexpected charge. Overall, I had a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely recommend enjoying a drink on the rooftop! 🍹

I enjoyed my stay here. The location was good, close to places for eating and shopping. I woke up one morning to a lovely breakfast that was just what I needed. It was nice to relax after a busy day of exploring. I appreciated that the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout my time there.
The bathroom door had issues, and the taps were not easy to use. I also had trouble with housekeeping when I found that the desk wasn't cleaned properly after they came in.

I stayed for two nights while attending some events downtown and enjoyed the prime location near Rundle Street, which had a wealth of eateries and shops. The room was comfortable and clean, making it a good base for exploring the city. However, I faced some issues with the shower taps, and housekeeping could have been more thorough. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there are areas for improvement.

Great location! Our room was ready upon arrival—huge thanks to the lovely receptionist. The room was clean, spacious, and relaxing, making our stay a delight.
Unfortunately, the rest of the staff seemed to be on an extended vacation. I guess they mistook 'service' for 'surfing'!
